At Shahnaz Shakeel Foundation Inc, our mission is to uplift underprivileged communities through education and health initiatives. We believe that every individual deserves access to basic resources and opportunities to thrive.
Statement of Mission or Purpose
Shahnaz Shakeel Foundation Inc. is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting the less privileged and underserved populations in the fields of health, education, water relief, and poverty alleviation. Founded on August 10, 2020, our mission is rooted in charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, as outlined in our Articles of Incorporation and IRS determination letter. We strive to empower vulnerable communities by providing essential resources, support, and advocacy to improve quality of life and promote self-sufficiency.

Shahnaz Shakeel Foundation is pleased to inform our community that we have formally submitted our application for recognition with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
We are currently awaiting a final determination regarding our recognition status. If approved by the DOJ EOIR, this recognition will allow our organization to provide authorized immigration legal services before the Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals, in accordance with federal regulations.
At this time, we are not yet authorized to represent individuals before EOIR. We will begin accepting eligible cases only after official approval is granted.
